Life Coach Asks “What’s Your Deal?” at Hugo’s Feb. 7

Superfab restaurant Hugo’s at the Whizin Center isn’t just a restaurant.  It’s a philanthropic organization and a meeting center, too.  Happy to serve as a hub for the Agoura Hills community, Hugo’s will host a book signing for Lisa Coffey’s new title “What’s Your Dharma?” on February 7 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.

The book is Coffey’s offering to those who are looking for their true purpose in life.

From the press release:

“Coffey, cHT, Ph.D, is a refreshing radio and TV guest known for her inspiring blend of ancient wisdom and modern style. She also hosts various TV shows and media tours.  With warmth and authenticity she helps people unveil the boundless possibilities and pragmatic wisdom that dwells within them. She is a lifestyle expert, and the media’s go-to person for dating and relationship advice. As a life coach, she taps into her vast knowledge of Ayurveda, Feng Shui, Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy and other ancient philosophies to come up with positive solutions for contemporary challenges. Engaging and media-friendly, Coffey is a fixture on many national and local television shows.”

Since I’m usually shutting kids back and forth between preschool, football practice, and karate during that Tuesday evening time slot, my head will be spinning and I will welcome some dharma-related direction.  If you come to the signing and stay for dinner, 20% of the proceeds of your meal will be donated  to the Boys and Girls Club.
